Valentine’s Day goals as Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley is surprised by her husband

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley was in for a romantic surprise on Valentine’s Day.

Tanya’s Burnley footballer husband Phil achieved husband goals when Tanya woke to find their home decked out with red heart-shaped balloons and rose petals, personalised cakes with ‘I Love You’ message, sweets, popcorn for two and a bottle of bubbly.

Following a path of red petals, a stunned Tanya emerged down the stairs in a white dressing gown, and gasped “oh my god!” when she saw the treats, which kind of knocked our card and box of chocolates into the shade.

The Valentine’s surprise, the handiwork of Cheshire events organiser Stephanie Ledigo and her Go: Surprise service, was a big hit with mother-of-four Tanya, who said “it’s amazing” while choosing from the assortment of sweets.

The seventh series of the hit ITVBe show The Real Housewives of Cheshire, which follows the lives of a group of wealthy businesswomen and socialites in Cheshire, is now being filmed.

It was recently revealed that Tanya’s pal Leanne Brown has quit the show as she reveals plans to raise vital funds for charities to empower women across the world.

Leaving the show has enabled Leanne to channel her energies into humanitarian work, and she has just returned from a trip to Africa with the charity One Woman At A Time.

Posting a loving message to her former Manchester United footballer husband Wes, who plays for Indian club Kerala Blasters, Leanne said on her Instagram: “Happy valentines my gorgeous hubby @wes_brown24 love you so much and missing you like crazy! The hard times make us stronger. I’m so lucky to have you in my life!”
