Former energy minister Lord Barker holds on as chairman of Russian EN+ amid US sanctions fallout

Former energy minister Lord Barker seems increasingly isolated as chairman of sanctions-hit EN+ after the resignation of a third director.

The 52-year-old, who served under prime minister David Cameron, remains in his job at the head of Oleg Deripaska’s London-listed energy and aluminium company despite the American clampdown on Russian firms.
